| I just need to make an observation: do you find that the potential candidates for this type of grants will find the time in 5 days to complete the file needed? It is very much appreciated that you posted this article but the use is very limited for the potential participants. As it happened before with other related articles, which invited people to participate in prose or poetry contests for events that happened in the very near future. I think these articles should be posted asap as you know of their existence otherwise it can merely energize negative reactions from the people that wanted to apply in the first place.
