this tugs at my heart. i like the situation and metaphors you used. They're appealing to a broad range of people. The use of periods was distracting to me otherwise It was an enjoyable read.

i think this poetry is just perfect. i read today in romanian somenthig about the open door of my apartment and heart, in this summer days. i love zhis parts: "Pain When you're eighteen and she loves you not" "Sleep when rest becomes a green place with trees and grass and nephews forgetting to visit Me, beside you always a shadow or thought but never really there because of a door you chose to close one summer day" all poetry is good. i would like to do such an experiment. heartfelt, ec

A very well composed poem where you reveal the crucial point in the last stanza. It comes as a natural "last station." Wonderful! Cheers from Willy
