= The children of the wind- | John Willy Kopperud [30.Dec.09 13:42] |
-running. I enjoyed the mystifying images here, though I'm not absolutely sure that this "almost fixed meter" solution works ultimately. And; anyhow these poems may come to you, some of them deserve a title. This is one and I like it! Cheers from Willy

I'm glad you like them :) I'm also sure they deserve a title, it's just that I can't find a good/suitable one. Through the years I've noticed that I'm simply impossible when it comes to tiles. I can't even remember the titles of songs/books I read, so... As for the fixed metre... well, it's not something done on purpose. That's the shape I get these "things" in. And besides, not all are in a fixed form. Thank you for reading and for your interest.
= thought... | Romulus Campan Maramuresanu [30.Dec.09 20:27] |
Alina, What about "children of the wind" instead of "the children of the wind"? It makes much more sense, and gives a more powerful end note... Just a thought... rcm

Romulus, there's someone out there who may be able answer your question, if he could be bothered to intervene. Would he provide the explanation ? I wonder...

are we supposed to wage thy wars? like crows we hearken to the fray so let the wind lick these old scars as words lead blood once more astray to those who know not who we are who read the lines, but did not see the children of the wind we are like him we are wayward and free we are not flesh although we look like you we take on any shape we choose we came to be into this world, and mind you that is to say we were not born of womb we roam the plains and run with bizons howl through the woods as packs of wolves we're 'round the corner, in the darkness we're everything you fear and hunger sets us loose
