| Sad but true, as Metallica said (or sang rather). Nope. Time doesn't seem to stop. Time seems to fast-forward. Here's a modest proposal for a daily survival recipe: the three-letter rule. RHT (Remember to smile at least once, preferably at a stranger; that would make their day better. Help somebody who needs help, no matter how insignificant a matter and even if they don't ask it of you. Tell someone you love them even if/when they don't want to hear it. It will stick with them and they'll remember it later.) That should most likely keep one afloat for a little while. Then one can add more ingredients and diversify up to their personal taste. Accurate poem in describing the layers of pain; would make a great song. | |
