blue like a fog in a childhood story is the summer night
and its shadowy petals are spread everywhere as if it were some kind of autumn, short-lived and strange like the sudden spasms of your body resting so close to mine that small, invisible bridges of blood in between them appear here and there so that our hearts could tell each other goodnight stories while we are falling asleep resting in that small space between one day and another like in a cradle we get to be born anew, but this time together and while you slowly turn to the other side (some of the small invisible bridges snap so that others could take their place) my arms curl around you again and again like an overgrown vegetation like a wildwood hiding an unspoiled clearing where your dreams fly kites with mine.. and the calm rhythm of your breathing slowly hypnotize me into sleep
