I keep the Crystal Hour
Inside the safe, like an Oracle To which I gracefully return Each time I need a Miracle. When North seems South to me Or East, or West When I seek gestures, I no longer see And Music doesn’t find my ear’s nest When I take evening as a dawn, and night as day And all that’s clear I just take as in the mist away Then to my Crystal Hour I return That's where I gathered laughing, crying Moment with moment, thought with thought Whatever changed me just a little or a lot. Like in a prayer in my hands I take the Hour And I am waiting for the Miracle to flower. 2022, May 29th, Pleasantville, PA
