Requiem
for us in nights with silky shadows When orphan dreams become awake She open her eyes into mine and we were tiny, we were small but later on she married the son of the cross and left me to bear my own. three days or thirty years have passed over us she baptized herself and changed her name in Moira I now lay down on some cold rock and play with the dancing shadow before me beneath a heavy rock. throughout the cave the whole world rejoiced but a man who sang us a requiem over and over again That morning I sat next to her She was an old lady whose daughter passed away she read to me bedtime stories then my retina became tired everything stood silent steel! it is sad, an endless sadness. Now I wait for the moon to shine in your thoughts for you to redeem my eyes, for you to tame my retina for it to see what the light has forgotten
