They’ve soaked the world in darkness and they walked away
While I am left to reiterate this imperfect stillness of things Griping the outskirts of the sky, seeking you in the shape of clouds Nothing lasts longer than the winter of thoughts to come Why are you beaming? Glaring, shining like the only thing that’s true? What is it about you that stirs death in me and pain in all I do… Is it because I am so little to your eyes… Because I’m nothing but a common sad disguise? And even if I fail and you should take your leave You’ll disappear behind the trace of glow and sunbeams…
