I sometimes wonder
the place you left me,
the darkness that girds me;
whether you deserted me.
Wondering,
do I know you?
do you know me?
do I talk to you or
only silence speaks to me?
Do I lie tranquilised in your forgetfulness?
or pushed back in a folder of long term memory?
Do you keep me buried under the things to do?...
At what stage will I be brought afore?
Is the drawer ever ajar or forever too far?
I am wondering
and there I go again
as just another fleeting moment,
a mere wondering thought
that keeps wandering….
