We walk along white cliffs
and look at the birds dancing on the wires out of town the night is growing in your arms pouring the remnants of light on the leafless branches the world is drunk with silence and nevertheless I dig out words from every spot words I need not understand as they move us further, blending the moon with this surface of water on which the fallen-in-love climbers are resting next to the conquest time leans on a waterfall with colours bursting out while wind is carrying you to my chariot-poem
