Doru Ciucescu s-a n─âscut pe 30 aprilie 1946 la Bac─âu. Este profesor asociat la Universitatea "Vasile Alecsandri" din Bac─âu. A scris nou─âsprezece c─âr╚Ťi cu profil didactic, precum ╚Öi dou─âsprezece de proz─â ("M├ónc─âtoarele de ruj de buze din Casablanca", "Peste Prut ╚Öi mai departe ...", "Str─âluciri diamantine ├«n Israel", "Grecia n─âb─âd─âiosului ├«namorat, Zeus", "Destine din spa╚Ťiul saharo-siberian", "Gulagul din umbra palmierilor", "De-ale c─ârtur─âriei de odinioar─â", "Scrisorile unui nistro-tisean", "B─âtr├ónul ╚Öi Cuba", "Vietnam, mumia comunist─â re├«ncarnat─â ├«n dragon capitalist", "File din istoria ╚Öoptit─â a rom├ónilor", "Cambodgia supravie╚Ťuitorilor din comunismul maximalist al khmerilor ro╚Öii"), dou─â de poezie ("Declama╚Ťii de la tribuna timpului", "Poezii patriotice trilingve * Poèmes patriotiques trilingues * Patriotic Trilingual Poems") ╚Öi dou─â de publicistic─â ("De ce fugi tu, tinere?", "Cu ochii peste gard"). Lui Doru Ciucescu i-au mai ap─ârut trei volume cu selec╚Ťii de texte ("O mie ╚Öi una de invoc─âri feministe", "Medalioane pe colier ghimpat", "Decup─âri de puzzle pe harta lumii"). "Str─âluciri diamantine ├«n Israel" este prima carte a unui scriitor din Rom├ónia, tradus─â ├«n limba rus─â ├«n Republica Moldova. Aceea╚Öi carte, tradus─â ├«n limba francez─â, a ap─ârut sub egida unei edituri din Israel. Volumul "Destine din spa╚Ťiul saharo-siberian", a fost tradus ├«n limbile englez─â ╚Öi francez─â, ap─âr├ónd sub egida unei edituri din Londra, respectiv, din Paris. Doru Ciucescu a acordat asisten╚Ť─â didactic─â trei ani ├«n Oran ╚Öi cinci ├«n Casablanca. Este membru al Uniunii Scriitorilor din Rom├ónia. De asemenea, el este membru al Uniunii Scriitorilor din Republica Moldova.

Doru Ciucescu was born on April 30, 1946 in Bacau. He is associate professor at the University ÔÇťVasile AlecsandriÔÇŁ in Bacau. He wrote nineteen books of didactic profile, also twelve of prose ("The CasablancaÔÇÖs Girls Eating Lipstick", "Over the Prut River and Further ...", "Diamond Glimmers in Israel", "The Greece of the Capricious Lover, Zeus", "Destinies from the Saharan-Siberian Space", "The Gulag from the PalmsÔÇÖ Shadow", "About the Teaching of Another Time", "The Letters of a Dniesteran-Tiszan Man", "The Old Man and Cuba", "Vietnam, the Communist Mummy Reincarnated in Capitalist Dragon", "Files from Whispered History of Romanians", "Cambodia of Survivors of Khmer Rouge Maximalist Communism"), two of poetry ("Declamations from the Tribune of the Time", "Poezii patriotice trilingve * "Poezii patriotice trilingve * Poèmes patriotiques trilingues * Patriotic Trilingual Poems") and two of journalism ("Why Are You Running Away, Young Man?", "With the Eyes over the Fence"). To Doru Ciucescu appeared also three volumes of text selections ("One Thousand and One Feminist Invocations", "Medallions on Spiked Collar", "Puzzle Type Cuttings Out on World Map"). "Diamond Glimmers in Israel" is the first book of a writer from Romania, translated into Russian language in the Republic of Moldova. The same book, translated ├«nto French, appeared under the aegis of a publisher from Israel. The volume "Destinies from the Saharan-Siberian Space" was translated ├«nto English and French languages, appearing under the aegis of a publisher in London, respectively, in Paris. He gave didactic assistance three years in Oran and five in Casablanca. He is member of WritersÔÇÖ Union of Romania. Also, he is member of WritersÔÇÖ Union of Republic of Moldova.

The motto in his writings is: ÔÇťInstruct and delight!ÔÇŁ
