FADING FOREVER
by Sorana Lucia Salomeia I am the sea’s only thought, The wave keeps pulling me Towards the innocent promise of a blue voice – I am the faint driftwood Enchanted and lured by the dream of dying. There are no masts I could catch a glimpse of On this tempestuous blue mane, No seagull I could send a cry to, The shore is far, too far away – Farewell… The deep, blue marine undergrounds want me – And I surrender, I let the magnet attract me – Forever… I am alone, Through loneliness I die, We are one and the same And I feel nothing, Just that I no longer am – Farewell!
