Such innocence, such smile, it all could mean deceit,
But, to his praise, the grace he held,
And unaware of his being under spell,
He deemed it shallow, when she deemed him forfeit…

A lace of butterflies, in silver massive jewel,
A dream that came undone, and soon unfold,
Vanishing smile, but at his heart bestowed,
Parting with him, so fragile in his cover, ‘n cruel,
The faltering dark, tomorrow’s no renewal,
Yet his melting soul could not imprint you,
Rekindled fire, his fears blending virtue…
