Lași mirosul tău în aer
de metal și de femeie
și de car încins pe lutul
al întinderii caldee,
de coloană viitoare
dintr-un secol nenăscut
de zid ars de o văpaie
care-o arse și pe Ruth.
Și îmi pari că ești aievea
ploaie aspră, fraged nor,
dulcea mea antichitate
dintr-un secol viitor.
