Fiule, să nu
Calci de sus,
Să nu înconvoi spinarea.
Să mergi frumos și demn,
Și nezgomotos,
Cum merge pe obraz
Lacrima celui care-a învins.

Fiule, să nu
Lași ochiul să-ți ruginească.
Văzând, vei cunoaște,
Cunoscând, vei birui,
Biruind vei fi iubit.
