My heart is sick, my life is sad,
My soul is tending to be bad,
Thereās so much hate, so little love,
And no more strength to rise above.
I tried to fight, my will was strong,
I thought nothing can prove me wrong,
But it was hard ācause lifeās a mist,
And ānothingā really did exist.
Iām no fake, I just donāt show,
I donāt want someone to know,
āCause if they see the real me,
It wonāt turn out like it should be.
My life is based on just two things
From two teachers with two strings,
The have knowledge about our fate,
Strings of love and strings of hate.
One has taught me how to smile,
She made me breathe and live a while,
She gave me hope, she made me see,
And showed me how Iād want to be.
I know whatās true, she taught me well
Plus, a secret I canāt tell,
Itās a feeling she made me see,
I learned what love means to me.
The second taught me how to cry,
How to break and let hopes die,
He made me feel like Iām not free
And showed me how Iād hate to be.
Heās so possessive and likes to tame,
Whent somethingās wrong, itās him I blame,
He always hurts and tells my fate,
This one has taught me what is hate.
And so, as much as I desire,
I canāt turn water into fire,
As well as people, they donāt change,
They like ānormalā and hate āstrangeā.
Iām an outkast, I donāt fit,
Iām the one theyād like to hit,
āCause most of them want one thing,
Not the firstā¦ the second string.
