I realize that I love counting:
counting the lost days between the nights,
counting elephants’ eyes hidden in the Cherry tree,
counting asleep rocks under the waterfalls.
What could be the meaning of counting without the decreasing?!
decreasing the weeds that estranged my friends,
decreasing the smiles kept in the refrigerator,
decreasing the time kidnapped by the forms without substance.
I may also like multiplying:
multiplying the moments of searching my roots,
multiplying the memories lost between regrets,
multiplying the years by the hair threads touched by the winter color.
I have to stop here, before talking about dividing,
because you may believe I love math,
but the real is that I just fooled you!
I’m just a selfish person
and I don’t like dividing my soul with anyone…
