If you desire Truth,
Then where you'll look for it, Can it be found outside, Or right within you'll meet The thing you call the Truth That's bigger than the sky, But still there is a chance To never meet your eye. The more you try, it slips, You ever wondered why Your life can't be the same If Truth indeed comes by? The whole of you would change, The false would be destroyed, No power in the world Truth's beauty could avoid. If I desire Truth, It's right to look within, Regardless of my faith, My virtue or my sin? If we desire Truth, It's cool to look outside, If all this world's a stage Of vice, of lies, of pride? I'd better let it rest, My mouth had said its part, I guess what matters most Is what's inside the heart.
