Wish I should have seen you for once, my eyeful for a lifetime
Wish I should have heard you for once, sufficient for a life time Wish I should have touched you for once, gentle and warm- To my heart’s content ,sufficient for a life time to be felt! Where, when and how now -ever in this lifetime, my friend- Can I fulfil my dreams innocent, carved into my mind so well? Where, when and how now-ever in this lifetime, my friend- Can I erase this unfading pain etched out in my heart so deep? A gentle breeze was it in this colourless life, thy presence- Out there afar, alive in some corner on this earth, afresh! I did start singing aloud then, I did start dancing around then- I did start dreaming about, then-I did start feeling about-then! Knowing little-the breeze’ll cease all of a sudden, by his will Knowing little that I ‘ll sway hard in the storm that’ll follow! Never did I fall a weakling but-you never did let me fall, unkind For my eyes could see full thy soul, walking by my side-merry For my ears could hear clear thy voice, speaking to me-chirpy For my heart could feel thy hold on my arms-gentle but firm! I have started to sing again ,I have started to dance again! For I know ,now- that my breeze’s alive afar afresh, but beside!!
