I was walking, near this park
kind of dizzy, kind of disappointed.
I wanted to buy this musical box
it would have singed
‘Over the rainbow’,

But there was no rainbow,
the sun was clear, the sky was outside.
And I was walking through this park
thinking of ...

... when a dog ran at me
and barked a few times,
(there was a fence between us)
the dog barked a few times
then simply turned
and walked away from me
slowly

wagging his tail.

As it never happened
as nothing ever happened


It made me so sad,
I started thinking of all those people
I knew and met,
I saw and remembered
how there was this time

ran at me
