Then, she took away my tears
And left me all alone Struggling in the darkness Heartsick, such a terrible disease... Then she took away my fears Left me here, and heartless All alone within a room Walls of my mind closing in Then, she took away my dreams Wanted them all for herself Bloodied hopes, the mistress chained Within the letters of her mind Then she took away my soul buried it inside some pictures of my mind, alone, alone Masks, or faces? Turned to stone.. When she left, she stole my darkness claimed to me she'd make me happy Screamed at when I tried to cry, and When I tried to put her behind me. When she left, I wasn't crying Wasn't feeling sad, or lonley And she took away my heart And I wasn't feeling sorry.
