Once upon a time,in a small village , where nature was very kind and the seasons were in harmony, was living a little family: the wise, the old grandpa John that was a respectable wizard, and his daughter Margaret with her child, Rudolph.
They were very happy and were loving each other. But one day something happened⌠Rodolph came home nervous and sad. âWhat happened, my boy?âasked Margaret, while she was kissing him. â Leave me alone!!!â âWhy are you talking me like that?âcontinued Margaret with the same calm and love.;I donât recognize you. You are such a good boy! What changed my little boy?â âToday I took a F at mats. Are you pleased now, mum?â âIn the first place, you donât have to scream! Iâm your mother andâŚâ âI scream if I want! You know something, mum? Ihate this village, I hate the school, I hate YOU!!! Why donât you disapear? Why donât you leave me alone?âsaid Rudolph crying and then he ran in his room, where he felt asleep. Margaret, living in that totally happyness, didnât know that her heart was very sensible at the emotions. After this sadness, her heart gave up. She cried a few tears then she fell closing her eyes⌠Two hours later, granpa John, came home after a wizards convention. He found his daughter laying on the floor and Rudolph crying at her head: âMomy, please wake up! I didnât mean it! Momy, forgive me!Ha, ha, haâŚMomyâ Grandpa John was scared. âWhat happened here? Rudolph, what happened?â âI donât know! When I came from school, we had a conflictâŚthen I went to my room and I slept until now.â âOh, my God! This was my terrible fear foryears.Stop crying so I can explain you. Ok. When your mother was borned, her heart was very weak and she was almost dead. I cured her, but âat the first sadness sheâl dieâ. Thatâs what the doctor said to me.âGrandpa was kissing Margaret with tears in his eyes.âNow, her soul is seeing us and is hearing the truthâ âIâll miss her, grandpa! I love her very much!âmurmured Rudolph. âAt least you have me, and I have you!â⌠After two days, they buried Margaret in the cemetery, and they continued their lives without her, but it was so hard⌠The time passed and the winter came soon. The snowflakes were dancing in the air, falling slowly and weaving a white carpet of snow. All the children were happy and were playing with the snow. Only Rudolph was staying in his room playing cards with grandpa John. On the 17th of december, grandpa said to Rudolph: âMy little boy, do you like Christmas?â âOf course! And I like the presents from Santa Clause, too.â âHave you ever seen Santa Clause?â âNo, I didnâtâ âWell, my boy, today Iâm gonna show you something that only the greatest wizards know!Hocus-pocus- polus-nordus!!!â And they disapeared⌠Imediately, they arrived to a big house in the middle of nowhere. âWhere are we?âasked Rudolph that at his twelve years, he never saw something like that. âWe are at my house from the North Pole.âsaid grandpa John very proud. âWhy do you need a house at the North Pole?â âCome with me.â they walked to the house and grandpa opened the doors.âI am Santa Clause, my dear boy, and this is my world!â It was amazing! Hundreds of goblins were making toys and putting them into a big bag. âHy, Santa!â greeted the goblins. âHo, ho, ho, my lovely goblins! Christmas is almost here and we have a lot of work to do. This is my grandson, Rudolph.â âWelcome, Rudolph!â âYeah, thanksâŚI donât know what to say!â âYou donât have to say anything! Just stay with us until Christmas Eve and help us with the preparations.â âOK, Santa!â The days passed and 24th december came. âSilence, please! My friends, this night is magic. Santa Clause and his reindeers are gonna fly all over the world letting gifts for all the children that were nice this year. As we all know, the presents may be let at all the houses until midnight. So weâll gonna harness the six reindeers at nine oâclock.AndâŚâ âSanta, Greenwich, the reindeer, died yesterday and we have only five. We donât have time to search for another.âsaid an old goblin. âI know what happened. And I have the solution right here: Rudolph!â âWhat? Grandpa, Iâm a boy. Not a reindeer!â âYes, you are not a reindeer. But tonight youâll gonna be. And Rudolph was transformed into a handsome brown reindeer with a red shiny nose. âNow you are ready to guide my sleigh tonight. And because I want you to be special, I made your nose red. Youâll be faimous, Rudolph! Any child that will say about Santa Clause, is gonna remember his sleigh with itâs reindeers ahead with Rudolph, the red nose reindeer.â And, as he said, Santa left the North Pole, flying through the sky. He crossed North and South America, Africa, Europe, Asia and so all. Was midnight and he wandered all the world. But his bag wasnât empty. Two little presents were forgotten. âFor who are these?âit was wondering Santa. He looked for the address. Their destination was a house in the middle of England. There were living to children with their mother. They were very poor. Santa returned to England at that house. He fell through the chimney and he saw that there wasnât any Christmas tree, he let them on a table. In that moment, a little girl, with a plush bear in her arms, entered into the room. âSanta Clause?... Jimmy! Momy! Itâs Santa Clause! Come quick!!!â Santa was stupefied. He let the presents and looked at the girl. âHy, sweety! Merry Christmas!â The girl ran at him and she gave him a big hug. âSanta, I love you!â âWhat is happening, sweetheart?â said her mom coming into the room.âLook, Jimmy, is Santa Clause! Go and give him a hug, too.â she was so happy. Jimmy kissed the old man and he said: âSanta, we have been good this year, but, we donât have a Christmas tree and a cup of hot chocolate like the others.â âIn the first place, thank you for your hospitality. In the second place, this are your gifts. What is your name?â âMy name is Elisabeth.âsaid the girl. âMineâs Jimmy.â âAnd yourâs?â âMineâs?â said their mother.âIâm Mary.â â As you know Iâm Santa Clause. But where is your Christmas tree?â âWell,âsaid Mary,âI didnât have money to buy them one.â âBingy-wingy!!!â And a Christmas tree apeared. âWow! You are a magician!âsaid Jimmy very surprised. âSanta Clause,âsaid Elisabeth ashamed,âthank you for your present, but the greatest present you can give me, is to make my father healthy.â âElisabeth!â âDonât yell at her, Mary!Itâs good to know the wishes of the children. Itâs good to know their pains. Come here, my dear. Tell me, what happened to your father? Where is he?â âHe is at the hospital, because he was shooted.â âHe is guardian at a bank for five days. A robber tried to enter into the bank, and he stoped him, but he was shoot.âcontinued Mary almost crying. âYou all have forgot that tonight is the magic night of the year. All the miracles are happening tonight. Believe in this miracle and tomorrow visit him at the hospital, and youâll see heâs fine. Well, now I have to go! âThank you for everything, Santa!âsaid Mary. âDonât forget us!âcried Jimmy.âMerry Christmas!!â âMerry Christmas!âsaid Santa while the sleigh was leaving. Santa Clause returned to the North Pole, where he transformed Rudolph back into a boy. Then they went home. âWhat a wonderful adventure, grandpa! Are we gonna do this again?â âOf course, my boy! For many years the world is gonna tell stories about Santa Clause and Rudolph, the red nose reindeerâŚâ THE END
